About Experience Management and XLA®

XLA® represents a commitment to applying Experience Management (XM) in technology-enabled organizations. Experience Management focuses on deliberately designing, measuring, and improving the experiences of customers, employees, and other stakeholders to achieve tangible business outcomes.

  • Lean – aiming for No Waste
  • ITIL – aiming for No Chaos
  • Agile – aiming for No Delay

XLA® adds the missing dimension: No Frustration, by embedding empathy, curiosity, and customer-centric thinking into performance management and governance.

  • Integrate experience, operational, and technical data into an Experience Reference Matrix (XRM™)
